Canva launches Grow 2.0, folding ad creation, publishing and optimisation into one workflow
Canva's Grow 2.0 lets marketers build, launch and refresh ads for Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn from a single workflow — its bid to turn design into a performance engine.
Canva announced Grow 2.0 on 25 June 2026, pushing its performance-marketing product from a design tool into a single place to create, launch and optimise paid ads. The pitch is that creative and media buying have always lived in separate systems, and Grow 2.0 stitches them together.
The platform generates static and video ad variants, then publishes them in bulk to Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn from one launch dashboard. It pulls performance data back into the same view, tags creative automatically, and can generate fresh variants when an ad tires — though that AI ad-tagging feature is limited to Canva Business and Enterprise plans. It began rolling out on 25 June to North America, Australia and the UK, with more markets to follow.
Why it matters: Canva is moving beyond design into the ad-spend workflow itself, positioning one vendor as the front door to three major ad platforms. For anyone weighing the platform, our Canva review covers where its core design tools land. What to watch next is whether Grow’s optimisation actually beats the native ad managers marketers already use.
